Dream+, citizen participation and ICT

Sopinspace assists close to 20 communities of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais French Region to define, plan and implement participative democracy actions using ICT. These communities receive funding from the regional government DREAM+ programme in order to develop e-democracy projects.

The goal of the DREAM+ programme is, though the use of ICT, to make local democracy projects more open and participative in order to improve the link between elected representative and citizens.
