co-ment is a web application that makes it possible for you to write or upload your own texts, submit them for comments and process the comments.
The source code for the full functionality of the co-ment service (with the exclusion of software used for the financial transaction associated to subscribing to the co-ment.net pro service) is distributed as free software under the GNU Affero GPL version 3 (http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/agpl-3.0.html).
