PlonePriori
This is a simple Plone product that makes possible to propose a list of items (proposals, issues) for evaluation by registered members of a Plone site, and to obtain a synoptical view of the collective results, that can be used for priorizing the items.
Presentation
The aim of this product is make possible to propose a list of items (proposals, issues) for evaluation by registered members of a Plone site. When a sufficient number of members has evaluated each item, one can obtain an easily readable graphical representation of the collective evaluation. This is useful for priority choices among information communities and in participative democracy processes.
Approach
This product uses gradual notation of each item (ranging for instance from Very important to Not important at all), together with choices such as "I don't know" or "Don't want to say". The notations are associated to a colour scale. Suh a method was proposed by Régnier for his "abaques" the applied in proprietary software such as Delibera and free sofware such as ColorVote (though the use of the word "vote" in this last instance gives rise to possible confusions).
